RELAX COACHING

Our first meeting lasts about 90 minutes. You are only charged an hourly rate. 30 minutes are free. This first contact does not commit you to further sessions. It is always up to you whether you want to continue coaching or take a break.

My experience is that it only takes 2- 4 sessions to find the right technique and methodology for relaxation.

Appointments are binding and payment is made in advance on account.

If you must cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 100% of the consultation fee.
